Getting here
We're on the ground floor, a two-minute walk from the town square. The entrance is step-free and the basin chairs recline fully.
Parking on Mill Lane is free after 6pm, and there's a pay-and-display car park on Quay Street.
Changing or cancelling
Use the link in your booking confirmation to cancel up to 24 hours before your appointment, at no charge.
Inside 24 hours, please call us and we'll do our best to move you.
Before a colour
If you haven't had colour with us before, we'll do a quick skin test at least 48 hours ahead. It takes five minutes and there's no charge.
Running late? Call us. We'll always finish what we can in the time you have.
