How a visit goes

Each stylist sees one client at a time, with a short break between appointments, so nobody is rushed.

  1. Consultation

    10 min

    We sit down first, look at your hair in daylight and agree on what you want.

  2. Wash and scalp massage

    10 min

    A reclining basin, warm water and a slow massage with a light oil chosen for your scalp.

  3. Cut or colour

    30 min and up

    One stylist from start to finish. We'll talk you through it, or leave you to rest if you'd prefer.

  4. Finish

    15 min

    We style it the way you'll actually wear it, and show you how to do the same at home.
